Buzzing and Humming Sounds

too bad I cant blog when im in the office, more
specifically, blogger.com is blocked for access in our
company network ( as well as yahoo messenger, youtube,
live journal, and who knows what else. )

but I really want to blog about recent events, seeing
that I have a bit of spare time. So here it goes.

Im still humbled by the opportunity that I got here at
my ad agency. Every morning when I come to work
(sweaty and winded) I still feel exhilarated walking
along ayala avenue, looking up at the numerous
highrise buildings, relishing the moment of being a
part of the morning rush.

And my job. Yeah it can be hard work but I think im
starting to like it. Im glad that even though im a
newbie im given a certain degree of creative control
over the things that I do. I haven’t been to any photo
or film shoots yet but the drama, dugo’t pawis, soul
that you put into work doesn’t really measure up for
what you get in return (big bucks and work that isn’t
work, celeb status). Im blessed. I wish in the end
after 20yrs or so I can say that ive made the right
choice… but a lot of things can happen in a month how
much more 2 decades!

So a big project is coming up and im part of the
creative team whos going to handle the account. So
cheers for me. I hope I can contribute something
significant to the campaign.
